If Chase Meidroth and/or Kyle Teel is unavailable for meet and greet for any reason, Chicago Sports Network reserves the right to reschedule the meet and great, substitute a different White Sox personality or refund that portion of the package price, in Chicago Sports Network’s sole discretion. Package is otherwise non-refundable. As a condition of attending the meet and great, participant agrees to maintain their behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices. Participant understands and agrees that Chicago Sports Network has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove participant from the meet and great at any time if participant’s behavior at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Chicago Sports Network or otherwise violates the policies of the meet and great venue and, in such a case, no refunds will be given.
